Linda Vazquez has worked in the cruise industry for over 23 years and refers to her pioneering role of Shipboard HR Manager as “the greatest learning experience of my youth.”

Linda’s ability to effectively partner with all levels of employees and management was a catalyst in her professional growth. She became a trusted and respected resource for U.S. Embassies across the globe, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers in multiple domestic and international locations.

Linda also managed Norwegian’s global crew travel function, managing a $43MM budget for a fleet of 13 ships and 18,000 team members. Linda and her team moved 1,000 crew members around the globe weekly, providing human logistic services and support, ensuring safety and comfort.

Originally from New York, Linda refers to herself as a native transplant, as she has lived in Florida longer than anywhere else. Linda calls Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast home. She still loves to travel and continues to be fascinated by the people and cultures of the world.
