Grand Celebration Returns to Palm Beach

The Port of Palm Beach welcomes the return of Bahamas Paradise Grand Celebration for sailings and sail and stay options to Grand Bahama Island. Bahamas Paradise sent the Grand Celebration to assist in relief efforts in St. Thomas after the destruction of Hurricane Irma in 2017.  In 2018, the ship was sent to assist with restoring communities in the Boston area after several gas explosions destroyed homes and businesses resulting in many cancelled sailings, but the Port of Palm Beach is ready to have the Grand Celebration back in town for the 2018 holiday season. “We are excited to have Grand Celebration rejoin Grand Classica at the Port of Palm Beach to offer daily departures just in time for the holidays,” said Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line CEO Oneil Khosa. “With our current Sail Away Your Way offer, there is no better time to escape to Grand Bahama Island and book a winter sailing with loved ones.”

Offering special promotions, like Children 12 and under sail free with two paying guests, and an old-school cruising charm, Grand Celebration attracts a wide array of guests. It may not have the over-the-top amenities of the new mega-ships, but it gives the novice an idea of what cruising is all about, and it’s a great alternative to flying to the Bahamas, especially during the busy holiday travel season.  Grand Celebration has several pools and enough live music, family fun and entertainment for 2 nights. Plus, you have the option to disembark in Grand Bahama Island and enjoy the beautiful beaches for the day or you can stay a few days at the Grand Lucayan resort before rejoining the ship to complete the perfect getaway.
